Admission Procedures for New Students:
To apply, complete the Application Form and return it to our Admissions Office. Please enclose payment for the $100 non-refundable application fee. Any student applying to either the New Gate Elementary or Secondary program needs to submit a completed Release of Records Form along with their Student Application. This form will be mailed to your child’s former school by New Gate admissions staff. The application and student records release forms are available online – see above links.
Once your application is in process, and we have received student transcripts (if applicable), we will schedule a family meeting with the enrollment director, head of school and the dean(s) of the level to which you are applying. Within two weeks of this meeting you will be notified of your child’s acceptance. Upon acceptance you will have two weeks in which to pay a non-refundable $750 enrollment deposit to secure the student’s space.
Once an application is received, that student becomes part of our admissions pool. For new students New Gate will begin filling spaces for the coming school year during our annual open enrollment period in the Spring. Open enrollment for the 2009 – 2010 school year begins March 16, 2009. Applications received during a current school year will be reviewed as they are received. Placement will occur as space becomes available.

Admission Procedures for Currently Enrolled Students:
Once fully enrolled, students will have the opportunity to re-enroll during New Gate’s annual re-enrollment period which occurs in February. The deadline for the 2009 – 2010 school year is March 13, 2009. After this time, students will be placed into the admissions pool with new students.
Parents will receive a re-enrollment package in February at which time they will be asked to submit a non- refundable $750 enrollment deposit along with a completed enrollment agreement for the coming school year.
