Thank you all for choosing an experiment on Thursday. It was a refreshing change for us. Next week we will continue our experiment testing fats, amino acids, proteins (if the back-ordered package arrives), simple sugars and carbohydrates. On Thursday we will either continue to work in the lab testing receptors on the surface of human cheek cells, or turn to our consideration of proteins.
